The one app i NEEDED to make my phone complete

Coming from Blackberrys and previously a Palm pre with an app called quick event this is what i was looking for when i got my new iPhone 4. The only shortcomings with the iPhone that i know of are how long it takes to input a calendar event and how it handles multiple notifications. This program solves the Calendar dilemma and finally makes it easier to input work schedules when they are posted into my phone. Brilliant. Every iPhone NEEDS this if you use it as a day planner.
